You have agreed to be bound by the following terms and condition when make a booking on eCity Hotel.com or stay at e·City Hotel. We do appreciate you taking the time to read through the information below carefully before proceeding with your booking on our website.



Booking Policy

Bookings can be made online at www.eCityHotel.my or for further enquiry please contact us at + 603 5115 1111. For booking more than 10 rooms or stays of more than 14 days, please contact our sales department at + 603 5115 1111.



Advance Booking

Advance bookings can be made online at www.eCityHotel.my or for further enquiry please contact us at +603 5115 1111. We advise our guests to make reservations in advance to secure cheaper rates and choice of room/bed. Availability of rooms/beds will be limited closer to your date of stay.



Payment Information

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit Cards issued by Malaysian Banks as well as Paypal. Full amount of payment must be made at the time of booking. A booking confirmation will be sent via email to the email address provided by you. Please do contact our hotel if you do not receive booking confirmation email within 24 hours from the time of booking.



Currency Policy

All rates will be published in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit).



Currency Exhange Policy

e·City Hotel trades in Malaysian Ringgit and exchange US dollars to local currency per daily rates fixed by e·City Hotel (All subject to rate fluctuations). Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by your respective bank and may have an effect on the final amount billed to you.



Check-in and Check-out


Check-in

Upon check-in at the hotel, guests are able to check in via our e Check-in Kiosks located at the Lobby. Identification card/Travel Passport/Credit Card of the guest named in the booking confirmation is needed to check-in at kiosks. Room cards will be issued on the spot. Personal details of the guest named in the booking confirmation are compulsory to input at our kiosk system in order to assign and assist guest in all needs during stay. Alternatively, guests can also check-in at our reception desk.


The guest named in the booking confirmation must be the person staying at e·City Hotel. Otherwise your check-in process may be delayed or we reserve the right to cancel the booking.


Guests are advised to ensure accuracy of booking details (Stay Dates, Room Types, Room Rates, Add Ons, and etc). e·City Hotel is not be responsible for any errors in bookings.


Check-in Time: 1500



Check-out

e·City Hotel operates a strict check-in and check-out policy. We reserve the right to deny you further access into the room after check-out hours unless a late check-out request is stated in the confirmation email. e·City Hotel shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your belongings as result of the action(s) taken to remove such belongings after the stated check-out time.


Room cards will not be usable to access hotel rooms after check-out hour. Similarly, the electricity supply will be terminated. Please contact our reception desk for further assistance.


Check-out Time: 1200



Restriction

The following are strictly not allowed in our hotel rooms:

  • Pets
  • Pillow, Bed Sheets, Duvets or Item(s) of Bedding
  • Any electrical appliances that can be used for cooking or heating


No Smoking Policy

e·City Hotel has a strict no smoking policy. We reserve the right to terminate your booking/stay or impose an additional fee of MYR 100 on you/staying guest for failure to comply.



e·City Hotel Rooms

Standard Room – King/Twin Bedded Available (Maximum Occupant: 2)

Superior Room – King (Maximum Occupant: 2)

Executive Room – King (Maximum Occupant: 2)

Accessible Room – Twin Bedded (Occupant: 4)

Extra Bedding is currently not available where maximum occupants for each room are 2 adults.



Luggage Storage

Guests are entitled to Luggage Storage offered by e·City Hotel before check-in or after check-out. This service is offered free of charge and maximum storage period is 1 day (24 hours). We reserve the right to dispose any luggage or items stored for more than 6 months and any food items stored for more than 1 day without further notice. e·City Hotel (this sentence is deleted because it is a repeat of the previous sentence) is not responsible for any loss or damage during the storage period or disposal process.



Damage

You are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room(s) or to the Hotel property caused by you or any persons in your party (whether or not staying at the Hotel) during your stay. e·City Hotel reserves the right to retain your credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered as a result thereof and further reserves the right to commence legal proceedings against you without notice.

All text, designs, graphics, audio, video, information and etc in the e·City Hotel website are solely property of ECITY HOTEL SDN BHD.


All trademarks, names, titles, logo are registered or licensed to e·City Hotel may not be used, reproduced, and modified without prior written approval from ECITY HOTEL SDN BHD.



Cancellation Policy

All bookings made in www.ecityhotel.my are not refundable unless cancellation period of specific promotion(s) is specially stated. We advise guests to read through the terms and condition of each promotion before making any payment.


For special reason of cancellation, guests have to contact us by phone and provide us with supporting documents for the cancellation. The decision to refund any deposits already paid is solely our discretion.


The total amount of your bookings will be forfeited if you to check-in/be present at e·City Hotel on your scheduled check-in date and full amount of the room bookings will be charged.



Amend/Modify/Change of Room Type

Guests may amend the number of days of stay before the scheduled check-in date subject to room availability and stated policy. Guests need to login to our website and provide a booking confirmation ID to manage their bookings. Another amended confirmation email will be issued to your email address after the changes have been accepted.


Guests may modify/shorten their stay at least 2 days before scheduled check-in date. Guests need to login to our website and provide a booking confirmation ID to manage their bookings. e·City Hotel will credit the amount of your booking to your credit card and it will take 7 working days to process. Partial/Full refund will be credited to your account.


Change of Room Type is not allowed at this moment. You may cancel your booking (subject to the Terms & Condition above) to rebook your stay.


At all times during the booking process, guests are advised to ensure the accuracy of details especially email address to ensure confirmation email can be sent through. e·City Hotel will not be responsible or liable for errors in bookings.
